A Dreamy Retreat

clean room full kitchen ample wardrobe

The hotel room was so clean, it almost sparkled. I found the kitchen fully equipped. The air conditioning worked so well, it maintained a consistently comfortable temperature. I especially liked the abundance of wardrobe space for all my clothes.

The rooftop bar required a trip downstairs for drinks.

clean rooms great condition friendly staff noisy room back location skylight problem

the rooms looks exactly like in the pictures. the hotel is in great condition and is very clean, including the rooms. all personal was friendly and looks happy.

i couldn't rate the hotel higher because of the room i got. the room was at the back of the hotel, overlooking the pool from the balcony. a skylight above the entrance door allowed light in all night, it kept me awake.

horrendous noise poor view

The rooms were very clean. The shower was great. I found plenty of loungers at the pool area.

The noise from nearby apartments was horrendous. There was shouting and loud music most nights. Reception informed me that I was in Las Americas. My balcony had a poor view. It lacked sun and featured a privacy screen blocking what little sun existed. I would not return due to the noise.

fantastic stay

breakfast upgrade pool view helpful staff

i was upgraded to breakfast included, also i got a pool view. the room was spacious. i especially liked the rainfall shower (it felt great). the air conditioning worked very well and the room was cleaned daily. all staff members were friendly and helpful.

the policy stated that all inclusive stops at 12, and they cut your arm bands off. my pick up wasn't until 4 pm. i think i should ask for half a days pay back (tongue in cheek).

this place is located very centrally. it is also just beside major bus routes. the hotel area was very quiet and secure. there are many lovely bars nearby and restaurants, also a short walk to the beach.
